Awards

       The Foreign Language Association of North Dakota has three awards to offer those involved with the foreign language field in different manners. The Graciela Wilborn Teacher of the Year Award is also known as the North Dakota Foreign Language Teacher of the Year Award. This award is presented to a current outstanding foreign language educator in North Dakota. The Pro Lingua Award is meant to honor those who are not foreign language educators but support foreign languages in their positions. The newest award is the Sister Helen Kilzer Lifetime Service Award which is presented to a person who has given a career to the field and continues to do so after retirement.
