Conferences

FLAND holds two conferences annually, a summer/fall conference and a winter/spring conference. We try to offer at least one with the option for continuing education credit. The conferences bring in local and national presenters and promote a sense of community for language teachers in the state of North Dakota.

Join us for the FLAND 2026 Fall Conference as we celebrate the power of language through ACTFL's #IAmMyLanguage initiative. This year's theme highlights the connection between language, identity, culture, and community while empowering educators with practical strategies to support student growth and success.

Conference sessions will build on our winter conference and expand to:
